My own daily struggles with pain have caused me to use heat as a tool to ease some of the aches and pains in my muscles and joints. When frozen, a wheat bag acts as an excellent, flexible cold compress that easily moulds to the shape of your body to reduce swelling, numb sharp pain, and constrict blood flow to fresh injuries. Whereas heat therapy increases blood flow and it can soothe muscle spasms, and reduce joint stiffness.

Whether you are at home or away, my beautifully vibrant & colourful artwork levels up your heat therapy pack by adding a touch of elegance and class. Each pack is printed with artwork which has been created by me in a  host of colours and patterns. Various fabrics are available too. You can choose from a waterproof fabric, a soft velvet or soft cotton. My designs are all made in small batches because sometimes there is nothing better than having something a little bit special and unique when you need a little help to ease your pain.
